Brenda Star

Brenda Star is president/founder of StarGroup International. She began her career with a thriving Kool-Aid and cotton candy concession at the age of 6. From teen years on, she established a chain of 23 ballet schools, designed and marketed a successful line of costume jewelry, authored a national syndicated cooking column and newsletter, established a successful commercial real estate company, a PR & Marketing firm and a publishing house. She has also authored numerous books.

As an avid reader, writer and true bibliophile, Brenda began studying publishing and book production. Two book divisions were added to StarGroup International; StarGroup Books, which specialized in educational books and A Star Book Producer, a custom book division that specialized in creating books to be used as marketing, media, and fund raising tools. For over two decades, StarGroup has maintained access to the best researchers, writers, editors, proofreaders, designers and printers in the industry, while also supplying public relations and marketing services.
