She is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum. Ms. Powell holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Humanities from the University of Texas. She is married to Richard Powell and they live in New York with their two daughters. Ms. Powell was appointed to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board by President George W. Bush in 2008. |
